Terms & Conditions

These conditions are the terms when attending clinics, purchasing products or receiving consultation other beauty, health and well-being related services or related businesses.  You acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please seek clarification on any content that is not fully understood.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The purpose of consultations are to provide information and guidance for the Client to expand their know-how and ability to lead a beauty and wellbeing, nutrition-focused lifestyle. Services do not provide diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental disorders, any services around these issues, it would be advised to seek a professional for such support. Should it be felt that the Client would not benefit from the support and services on offer, the right to refuse consultation services can be exercised.   The consultations strive to:

  • Assist in developing new strategies for health, wellness and beauty.

Specific services, topics of discussion and the length of each engagement will be limited to the scope defined in the programme or service description. The consultations and plans are designed for adults, specific to the individual, tailored and highly customised to the Client’s needs, goals and limitations. 

Clients should expect to fully engage in a significant behaviour and lifestyle change, which will touch upon many areas of life and will likely present some level of emotional, mental and physical challenge to honour the agreed scope of support.  Each session runs for minutes/hours/months detailed in the defined offer or service description. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

A confidentiality agreement is available so no matter what the Client discloses, medical history and current health conditions there is no need for concern.

PAYMENT

All potential clients are eligible for a 15-minute personal consultation free of charge. Discounts are available for specified services/packages. Pricing is specified in the service offers. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION 

A non-refundable deposit is required for bookings. Cancellation is required to take place at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment it is requested that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and where possible to reschedule. No-shows or late notification will result in the full price being charged for the booking space. Cancellations or changes should be made with the clinic partner or by calling and leaving a message where specified.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information gathered from Clients including name, contact information and medical history, are secured and confidential.  The Client's Information will not be release without the consent of the Client unless said information may potentially be injurious to a third party.

DISCLAIMER 

All other beauty, health and well-being related Services or related businesses recommended are independent businesses and work from their own business qualifications and practices, therefore, no responsibility is accepted for agreements and treatments undertaken. It is expected that you evaluate the Services or business is appropriate for you before committing.  It is made clear that you agree that in the event of any claim being made in respect of any agreements or treatments undertaken by an independent Service business recommendation, you will not seek to claim against Lydia Montoute by taking action in any way or form.
